This center features historical exhibits of American Indian food, clothing, housing, tools, and basketry. It is located at 2300 W Line St, 1.9 miles southwest of our Bishop property. This museum offers excellent informative displays featuring the history of the occupation of these tribes in the Owens Valley. Don't miss the Petroglyphs of the Volcanic Tablelands, they are all over the place, specifically the area immediately north of Bishop that lies between Hwy 395 and Hwy 6, extending about 20 miles toward Crowley lake at the southern edge of the Long Valley Caldera.
